Kind, honest, and clean work for our new toilet replacement. I appreciated Charles explaining his thought process when running into a surprise, and working with me to find the best solution for it. Looking forward to next time.

Just used Dees Plumbing for the second time in the last year. The first job was to replace an old water heater and this time to repair some radiant floor heating. Both jobs were outstanding! Charles is professional, knowledgeable and does great work. Can't recommend him enough!

Great job! We had a small job changing out a kitchen sink. A lot of companies will pass on jobs like this, particularly during peak season because the “juice isn’t worth the squeeze” so to speak. Charles was courteous, efficient and punctual. The job was done perfectly at a lower cost than expected. Will definitely be using him from here on out!

Charles responded quickly to my kitchen faucet leak and went over everything. He gave me suggestions on how I should go about replacing the faucet. He replaced the faucet quickly and was fair with his pricing. He was really nice to work with and I will definitely be hiring him in the future. I would highly recommend Charles Dees for services.

I don't have enough words to describe how happy I was with Charles Dees and his work. He was the only plumber to respond to my calls about leaky pipes and actually come out and look at the work that needed to be done in my bathroom. He was professional, punctual and explained everything to me in detail. He cleaned up after his work and left the bathroom in great condition. I will definitely be utilizing him in future projects and highly recommend him. He deserves 10 stars!!! Thank you.

Charles is a great a guy. He installed a new boiler for me after a different contractor had ripped me off. He also installed a whole-house water filter, fixed a damage dryer vent and most recently fixed a leaking drain pipe in one of my bathrooms. Pricing is very fair. For plumbing and heating I won’t use anyone else.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation to Charles Dees and the team at Dees Plumbing and Heating for their outstanding work in installing a new steam furnace in my home. After a disappointing experience with a previous plumber who abandoned the project, leaving me without a heating system, I was fortunate to find Dees Plumbing and Heating. Charles Dees truly saved the day. He arrived promptly, explained the job's scope in detail, and delivered outstanding results. In my opinion, Dees Plumbing and Heating deserves a 10-star rating. Charles demonstrated exemplary communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction that surpasses any other plumbing and heating contractor I have worked with in the past. Throughout the project, he kept me informed and followed up to ensure the new heating system was functioning properly. Additionally, his cleanup was impeccable. If you are seeking a reliable and skilled plumber, I highly recommend Dees Plumbing and Heating.
